Hideaway is a venue discovery and booking concierge for corporate and private events. We connect event planners with vetted venues, provide curated venue options, and facilitate the booking process. Our service is free for event planners — venues pay a commission only when a booking is confirmed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use this Service. By using Hideaway, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account & Submissions

When you submit an event request or contact us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the information you provide, including event details, contact information, and any communications with our team.

4. Venue Bookings

Hideaway facilitates introductions and negotiations between you and venues. The final booking agreement is between you and the venue. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of venue spaces
• The accuracy of venue-provided information, pricing, or availability
• Performance of the venue on the day of your event
• Cancellations, refunds, or disputes between you and the venue

While we vet venues in our network, we do not guarantee any specific outcome. We recommend reviewing all venue contracts and policies before confirming a booking.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on joinhideaway.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Hideaway or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading event requests
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the site or its systems
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without permission
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hideaway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
