What counts as a qualifying booking?
Any event booked through Hideaway with a total budget of at least $4,000. This includes food, drinks, room fees, and any venue minimums. The event just needs to be confirmed — it doesn't matter what type it is.
How does my referral mention my name?
When they submit their event request, they can mention your name in the notes field. They can also let us know over email once they're in touch with our team. As long as we can connect the referral before the booking is confirmed, you're all set.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No limit. Every person you refer who books a qualifying event earns both of you a $50 gift card. Refer ten people, get ten gift cards.
When do I receive my gift card?
We send your gift card after the booking is confirmed with the venue. You'll receive it via email — typically within a few days of confirmation.
Do I need to have booked through Hideaway before?
Nope. Anyone can refer someone to Hideaway. You don't need to be a past customer — you just need to know someone with an event worth planning.
What kind of gift card is it?
A digital gift card sent via email. We'll reach out to confirm your preference when the referral qualifies.
